Sachin Tendulkar was first introduced to cricket at the age of 11, Five years later he became India’s youngest Test cricketer ( AGE 16), with a lot of achievement, He became the primary cricketer to attain 35 centuries (100 runs during a single inning) in Test play.



EARLY LIFE/PERSONAL LIFE

Tendulkar was born on April 24, 1973, in Bombay, India. He Is the youngest of four children. From a middle-class family, His father was a writer, and a professor and His other worked for a life insurance company.

Sachin was named after a music director Sachin Dev Burman. He was 11 years old when he was given his first cricket bat, At the age of 14, he scored 326 out of a world-record stand of 664 in a school match.

Married since 1995 to wife Anjali, a former pediatrician, Tendulkar has two children, Arjun and Sara. Arjun has followed in his famous dad’s footsteps by pursuing a career as a cricketer.

At the age of 15, Tendulkar scored a century in his domestic first-class debut for Bombay in December 1988, which made him the youngest to do so.
